My Journey: 15 Years Across Asia

My path to wellness began when I left the corporate world in the UK to pursue a career rooted in movement and health. That journey has since spanned 15 years living across Bangkok, Seoul, and Singapore.

Now based in Japan, I bring this international perspective to my practice. My work continues to evolve as I deepen my understanding of the human body; I am currently a student of a Master’s in Osteopathy with a reputable school in the UK. This allows me to bridge the gap between Pilates and a deeper anatomical perspective, focusing on how the body restores, re-balances, and functions as a whole.

I focus on contemporary Pilates and its principles, but also like to experiment with different movements. My clients and I explore innovative ways to move that lead to lasting body improvements.

My teachings prioritise restoring, re-balancing, and re-training the body while providing care and support. With a genuine interest in people and their unique situations, I strive to teach with authenticity and understanding.

My Approach: Movement, Nutrition & Science

I am a firm believer in bio-individuality. Every body is unique, and your movement practice should reflect that. My methodology is built on over a decade of professional practice and a rigorous commitment to education:

  • Professional Experience: 11 years of teaching Pilates internationally, adapting my methods to a diverse range of clients and needs.

  • Osteopathic Study: Currently a student of a Master's in Osteopathy, integrating advanced Anatomy and Physiology into every movement session.

  • Comprehensive Pilates: Certified in Mat and Apparatus through Body & Flow and BASI (Beginner to Advanced), with specialised training in Pre and Postnatal care.

  • Integrative Health: Certified Nutrition Coach and specialist in Corrective Exercise.

By combining the principles of Contemporary Pilates with my current studies in Osteopathy, I help you move beyond "exercise" and into a lifestyle of sustainable health. Whether we are working on postural alignment or restorative movement, my goal is to empower you with the tools to thrive.
