6:45 AM Zoom Pilates Routine
Start your day with energy, focus, and movement! This 30-minute Pilates routine is designed to awaken your entire body, improve strength, flexibility, and balance, and set a positive tone for the day ahead.
What to Expect:
• Full-Body Workout: Each session focuses on working your entire body, combining Pilates principles with a variety of movement techniques to ensure variety and engagement.
• 6 Accessories for Enhanced Movement: Use your long band, mini bands, soft ball, Pilates ring (magic circle), hand weights (1.5kg), and foam roller (90cm) along with your mat to maximise your workout.
• Every Session is Unique: No two days are the same—each class is thoughtfully designed to target different muscle groups and keep you challenged.
• Time Options:
• 6:45 AM Singapore Time
• 6:45 AM Paris Time (1:45 PM Singapore Time)
